FILE X uses a colder designation for Starship: RETURN VEHICLE. Investigators do not treat that phrase as proof by itself. Its importance comes from where it appears inside the broader pattern.
Why it matters
If Mars is home rather than destination, the entire program reads differently. Engineering solves transportation. It does not solve whether the traveler will be accepted when he arrives.
